Heads Up Display

A new heads up display by SportVue was demonstrated by Motion Research from Seattle, Washington.

SportsvueTheir new SportVue unit will integrate with many radar detectors and will display a "RADAR" warning to the rider, when the radar detector activates.

Also displayed during normal operation, is the motorcycle's speed, RPM and selected gear is displayed to the rider.

This new unit was installed on a R1 Motorcycle which was connected to an Escort 8500 X50. The operator of the unit tested it over the three days of the SML test and he reported that the unit performed flawlessly.
