Long range duty February 9, 2015 Reviewer: Keven Bouchard from Cold Lake, AB Canada   I live in a  town surrouded by highways, fields and forest and the long range detetction provided by my Escort Redline is awesome. Modifying the bands settings increases its performance and give you a early signal about what s hiding out the curb. Believe it or not, I got the machine not even 7 days ago and I already had over 10 alerts that turned out to be justified. Was this review helpful to you?

So far, good performance, great customer service December 5, 2014 Reviewer: Donald A Ross from Sodus, NY United States   Roy was a great help in choosing a detector and I will say first off that I purchased here due to his commitment to customer service. The only downside to the Redline would be the false alerts. Realistically, in order to have top notch sensitivity, along with that you will receive more false alerts. The X band is now disabled, that has helped, however, K is used as much as Ka in my area, so I live with the door opener alerts for now. Appears to be a well built detector, hope the internals hold up. Was this review helpful to you?

Redline Unit November 22, 2014 Reviewer: John Doty from Pahrump, NV United States   Roy was right the sensitivity and rang is superb!!!!  I pick up the NHP troopers up to 2 miles away on our long desert highways here in Nevada. best radar detector I ever. June 14, 2013 Reviewer: Johnoe from Atlanta, Ga   Bought this for my '10 GTR and don't regret at all. Some reviews complain that it's too sensitive (ie, false alerts), but I haven't really gotten this. I like the long range, especially for highway use. This unit is larger than less expensive ones, for example a Belltronics 955i, which is good too by the way. Overall I give the RedLine a 9.5/10. Was this review helpful to you?
