I found the visor clip to be a good investment, this site has them for [$] but I have found the same clip on ebay New for $5, or even less if you want a used one. The clip fits the detector perfectly, and is the perfect height for positioning the detector below the windshield, without it going to low and hitting my head. I bought the one from Radar Busters (RB) site, however I saw no difference with the ones I saw on [...]for less, with free shipping. I found some paint chipping off a burr on the clip, but nothing serious. For those who are very fussy, I am sure the RB guys would send out another one, if it escalates in a customer satisfaction issue, not sure or the ebay guys. So I assume all these clips are made in the same factory and sold at any price the customer is willing to pay.

Expensive for a clip....
I really didn't want suction cups and a bracket left hanging on my windshild to a new car, so I bought this clip for the visor. other then being expensive it works.

I bought the clip thinking it would help hide the unit. All it did was block the rear detection for laser. When the unit is mounted with the suction cups on the windshield, I detect almost everything. When the unit is clipped to the visor, the detection ability is cut down.

It work perfect I mounted it right.
It doesn't fall down.
One problem I had to cut it to fit in the radar dector
But it works great.

Q1: I have a Whistler XTR 330. Will this product work with my detector?
A: Unfortunately this visor clip is made specifically for the Escort and Beltronics detectors and would not work for your Whistler or Cobra unit
