Cobra XRS-R9G with GPS Speed & Red Light Camera Detector

Cobra has combined their latest 12 band radar/laser detector with a GPS system that alerts you of red light and speed cameras in 1,000 US locations. GPS system also displays your speed as well as alerts if you exceed pre-set speed limits. The display is wireless and includes a battery charger. The remote display controller can be mounted on the AC vent or clipped to the sun-visor. The battery for the wireless remote controller can be recharged in the vehicle or through USB port on your computer. The radar/laser detector can be placed near the rear view mirror or the dash.

New and improved Super-Xtreme Rand Superheterodyne (S-XRS) detection technology, with its super-fast radar lock-on detection circuitry, provides maximum detection range and best possible advance warning to even the fastest of POP mode radar guns.

The XRS-R9G uses StrobeAlert, a Cobra exclusive, that works with tens of thousands of emergency vehicles currently equiped traffic light controlling strobe emitters. It provides advance warning of the presense and/or approach of emergency vehicles. Other features include auto mute, 3-level city mode to prevent false alerts, and custom color displays.
