Richard Truesdell is one of the automotive industry's top journalists.

In June 2005, Truesdell covered Speed Measurement Laboratories " Radar Detector Shoot-Out ' in El Paso, Texas for Motor Trend and Mustang Enthusiast magazines.

While there, Truesdell met with "Radar Roy" and discussed Roy's web sites (RadarBusters.com, RadarJammer.com and RadarDetector.net).

These web sites feature extensive testing reports and videos, along with recommendations on how to choose a radar detector and how properly use a radar detector.

In his article for the Nov. 2005 issue of Mustang Enthusiasts , Truesdell wrote
