Photo Jammer Testing
A new device, the VF Photo Jammer was evaluated. The product is made in Canada and designed to blind photo radar systems by illuminating or "Strobing" the vehicles license plate when the VF Photo Jammer activates it's photographic strobe.
UPDATE: Although this product was tested by Speed Measurement Laboratories in 2006, Radar Roy has performed "real life" testing against photo enforcement cameras in Arizona and Texas. Roy's findings after receiving several photo enforcement notices found that the VF-2 Photo Jammer was completely ineffective at blanking out any of the photo radar and/or red light cameras.
