... be aware that the unit-to-fuse box wire is only 3 feet long. This can be a challenge when attaching from the drivers area and routing to the starboard side of the cabin to reach the fuse box on certain cars (i.e. 2014 Mustang). Even though it's a small cockpit, the wire may not reach depending on how you route it. So be prepared to splice another piece of single conductor to that hot wire (the ground doesn't HAVE to reach the fuse box, hook it anywhere you find metal) ...the wire to the RD is fine, 8 feet, plus you can route it either direction and up, so no problem. And that would be the hard one to deal with, 'cuz the hot wire is an easy fix...as long as you know about it.
Other than that...just peachy, thank you very much!
Oh, and don't miss Roy's tutorial on the installation on this...sure you think it's simple, but I wouldn't have thought about using an add-a-circuit to the radio fuse if I had passed on it, and guaranteed that's the shizzel for hook up!
