Very poor responses to clients |

1. No one picks up the phone, just get a recording.
2. No one responds to questions submitted, as instructed by the phone recording (two instances)
3. Got charged sales tax by Escort.
R8 is fine, service is not.
Overall you have an intersting web site with useful reviews, but you need to pull your socks up in the customer 'service' department.

In terms of taxes charged in the case of the Escort unit as that unit was shipped from Illinois in this instance, the law requires taxes to be charged. That's not our policy but tax law. The same is true from Best Buy and Amazon.
