Paid for itself on day 1 May 10, 2014 Reviewer: speed from bronx,ny   I hooked up the Escort to my Autocom system and got great results. It let me know in plenty of time to "back off" and  enjoy the ride while others got stung by the LEOs. The visible readout was easy to see and the audible tone was loud and clear... ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE FOUND May 8, 2014 Reviewer: On the road. from shreveport la   I have lived in the mountains for 5 years, and  I have been though a good amount for radar detectors in that time. I would say this one out of the few I have owned  is very good when it comes to a cop that is mile or two away from me;  the alarm goes off and that gives me a few moment to slow down to the speed limit.   The one thing that I wish it was better at,  is when you are going around a cur Was this review helpful to you?

Works as designed, not fancy March 31, 2014 Reviewer: Clifford from Ewa Beach, HI   I use this detector on trips only. The signals are nasty sounding. It works as well as my Beltronics detector. Seems to do its job BUT, [$] ?? February 28, 2014 Reviewer: Marie the speed from Cleveland, OH   Ok ! I have had this unit for just over a month. I rarely (if ever) use it for city driving. It is used pretty much only for highway commutes. I puchased this unit after having returned a Bel Vector 955. This unit was suppose to provide greater sensitivity. That and along with reviews I read, are the reasons I chose to go with escort. Was this review helpful to you?

Great Radar Detector September 9, 2013 Reviewer: Stan the Man from INDY   The best I could find. I wish they had a water proof option. A water proof bag. Most bike riders will velcro it down to a home made mount, so keep it in mind. No other makers offer a bag so I would think it would. Was this review helpful to you?
