5 of 5 Confused, But Satisfied. June 29, 2014
Reviewer: Carl Woessner from Centerville, OH United States
The product is great, but the shipping was confusing after receiving two tracking 2 numbers.  But everything worked just fine and I am a happy camper.

The wind shield mount is much improved from the typical suction cups and only time will tell if it's a better method. After only a few days use it would appear to be more than adequate.

4 of 5 this is the best detector i ever owned April 17, 2014
Reviewer: Brett from Chicago IL
I haven't owned a radar detector since college which was back in the 90's. The Tech. has come along way with GPS and live police alerts. I drive around 1500 mile per week around the whole state of FL and South GA. I've been using the Escort Max and the Escort live police alerts app on my iphone now for a month. At first I was hesitant to speed over 10 MPH because I don't believe everything I read.

4 of 5 MAX: Do not test parallel to another detector January 10, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Beaverton, OR United States
I got this last week and used it while traveling from Oregon to Vancouver BC... thought to test false alert comparison with my Bel RX65... it drove me crazy and almost returned the MAX... MAX kept alerting with K band every so many miles... initially I thought it was my GPS map... so I moved it. Then out of desperation I turned off the RX65.. and sure enough it stopped... turned on RX65 again after some time and trouble started again. Tested by itself on way back and all was good... I think I will keep it :o) Seem to be quiet and the learning feature would be great... though the RX65 was not bad either.

5 of 5 Detector choice May 31, 2013
Reviewer: Gary from Yuma, AZ United States
After reading alot of hype and advertising online, it was good to find a practical comparative review.  Radar Roy's review changed my purchase decision and I'm happy with the results.
