5 of 5 An interesting little piece of plastic.. April 25, 2012
Reviewer: johny boi from san bernardino
It's a license plate cover that makes your numbers a little fuzzy. It's easy to mount, makes them hard to read from the side (or an off angle). Luckily I haven't had any run ins with laser, so I can't attest to its diffuser-ness. I would recommend dabbing some VEIL on the outside though (just 1 side, 2 is too dark).

4 of 5 excellent, works very well March 13, 2012
Reviewer: nyc lloyd from Atlanta, GA
I didn't think that such a flimsy piece of plastic could possibly work, and while I was doubting that very thing I went through a speed trap, two motorcycle cops each tried to get a lock but I had complete jam to gun!  One even swung around to get me from behind and just shook his head as he still couldn't get a lock.  I do have a blinder use Veil on the headlights and tail lights and have a black

5 of 5 Acceptable January 14, 2012
Reviewer: fastlenny from GA
At a minimum it will protect your licensce plate from rocks, bugs and wear.  I live in Virginia and use it with my Beltronics STI which is invisable to detector dectors.  I hope it will help give me and extra second or so to slow down.  In Chesterfield they use laser on an open stretch of Route 360 which is more for easy tickets than actual safty issues.

5 of 5 How To January 2, 2012
Reviewer: RamZ from Chicago, IL
I have found that the best way to put the veil on the cover is with a shop towel so that you do not put it on so thick that it covers up the license plate. I also do the same with the head lights and have not had any problems yet. Maybe the new Veil will be a little bit better in this aspect.

5 of 5 Good Measure, butÄ October 5, 2010
Reviewer: Jerry from Colorado Spring
Use this for my back plate, no tickets, but can't be sure that I've ever been lazered from the back. I also use this with veil. Owned since 2008 but this DOES YELLOW, at least in sunny Florida. Expect 2 years of use before needing a replacement.

5 of 5 Works, but shouldn't be ur total defense March 16, 2010
Reviewer: HD from El Paso, Texas
Works great for the license plate, but a cop will quickly counter by moving his gun to your headlights. Use this cover and a Jammer for total protection against laser guns..
