VG2 Testing
The Texas Department of Public Safety used their VG2 radar detector detector during the Speed Measurement Laboratories testing. As many radar detector companies have developed VG2 proof units, VG2 use by law enforcement is dropping and other RDD technology such as the Spectre is gaining in popularity.
Two separate tests were run on each detector listed, the following is the result of the VG2 testing: (VG2 alert means that the detector alerted to the VG2 and shut down)
