5 of 5 Works great thus far on my local enforcement Saturday, September 26, 2026

Haven’t had the occasion to really put it to the test yet but I was parked at a local gas station and it gave me about a mile of rural town warning before a state trooper pulled in for fuel. Super impressed since that was down over a berm and thru trees almost the whole way.

5 of 5 RAD 700i quiet as a mouse Friday, December 19, 2025

At the beginning I thought it wasn't working. I placed my R3 next to it and the cobra wouldn't register any weak K signals until a patrol car came by and both RDs went off. What a relief. The Cobra is very reliable.

The price I paid from Radar Busters was more competitive than the big box retailers. Great job!

5 of 5 Fantastic Monday, December 15, 2025

I did my homework researching reviews and videos of this Cobra 700i before purchase. I also searched for the best price.

I was pleasantly surprised how well this detector worked. The detector I had previously would go off at any K band signal from a automatic door opener. This 700i does not. As a matter of fact, I thought it might be defective until I finally came upon a State Trooper with his radar gun on! I was alerted in plenty of time to "check and adjust" my speed before I visually saw him!

All in all, I am well pleased with the shipping speed, product and price of the 700i. I give RadarBusters dot com 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend them over any other online store.

P.S. This is an unpaid endorsement

I’m coming from a 20 year old Beltronics which has been a reliable workhorse. This new Cobra RAD 700i is awesome. I love the integration with the Drive Smarter app.

4 of 5 Nice device Monday, July 7, 2025
Reviewer: Henry Stowe from Pasadena, TX United States
I bought this unit based on Roberts youtube review. I have been running it in the Houston Texas region. I like the detector as its operation is unobtrusive. It is simple to set up and easy to get going. Im still learning things about the Rad 700. The only concern that I have is that I might not be picking up some k signals and that that Ka might be falsing a lot. Im going to give it a chance. It seems to be a solid value and I think it will alert just fine. Houston is low enforcement so it might take a while.

5 of 5 Great Detector Saturday, January 11, 2025
Reviewer: Video Tech from NORTHRIDGE, CA United States
This is my first radar detector in many years. My last radar detector was an Escort back in the 80-90s. Up till now, I didn't think I needed to one. I like  "situational awareness", to know what's around me.  This detector help me feel like I have an ESP.  So far, the Cobra has been fantastic.  I live in a large suburban area, and I expected many false alarms.  There have been only a few alerts. The feature set on this detector is far greater than it's price.  In fact, I wouldn't have purchased ANY radar detector, but the reviews raved about this one, and so far I'm impressed.
