Did you know that your radar detector by itself is worthless in preventing tickets from laser enforcement?
When an officer shoots you with his police laser gun the narrow light beam is typically focused on either your license plate or on one of your headlights.
And the width of this light beam is only 18” wide at 500 feet.
So unless your radar detector was within this 18” circle while the officer was targeting you, chances are that your radar detector would never alert.
And if by chance it did, it is already too late; the officer would have already captured your speed.
Because of this you need added protection of a laser jammer, a can of the Veil stealth coating and/or OnTracks Laser Shied to remain ticket free from this type of enforcement.
Laser enforcement is becoming very popular, as many jurisdictions have swapped out their radar for laser equipment and it is estimated that laser accounts for 25% of all laser tickets in the U.S.A.
As an example, state of Hawaii has done away with all their radar guns switching instead to laser enforcement.
The following products have all been individually tested by Radar Roy and have been found to be very effective in this type of enforcement.
Note: Given that nature of the following products, any radar detector or laser jammer product that requires installation is exempt from our 30-day return policy if the product is removed from its original packaging or if the buyer installs and/or attempts to install the product on a vehicle it becomes a nonreturnable product.
This exception includes all laser jammers, installed radar detectors, and the Veil Stealth Coating.
Would I still need to purchase a radar detector if I buy a laser jammer? - Yes, a laser jammer will not detect police radar. Because of this if you want 100% protection you will need both a radar detector and a laser jammer.
