Excellent service August 11, 2015 Reviewer: Pete from Dayton, OH United States   My Passport Max2 was shipped free of charge and delivered within 3 days of placing the order.  The price of the unit was the same as the lowest price on the Internet but with free shipping and no sales tax,  Excellent value! Peaceful Driving August 11, 2015 Reviewer: Marily Badger from Bend, OR United States   I bought the Max2 to replace my  9 year old Escort Passport 8500X50.  This is one smart little machine.  No more false alerts.  It just takes 2 or 3 passes by the same false alert for the Max2 to analyze and "Store" it as a false alert.  I find that I no longer have to unplug my machine when I pull into a parking lot full of stores, because it filters out those annoying signals.  That's just one of the many new features that this radar detector comes with. Passport Max 2 August 7, 2015 Reviewer: Tom from Ham Lake, MN United States   I have only used the Max 2 for about 4 days. I have it on highway. I get so few alarms I feel like it's not working, but when I do get a signal, sooner or later I see a law enforcement vehicle, so it appears to be working. WARNING!!! August 7, 2015 Reviewer: Frank Gennaro   ALWAYS, ALWAYS purchase Radar Detectors and Jammers from Radar Roy! I spend several weeks on and off doing research on where to make my purchase and what to purchase. I thought about making my purchase locally near Chicago but soon realized NO ONE knew what the hell they were talking about! In fact my local dealers tried to sell me crap! Radar Roy knows his stuff! Max2 August 1, 2015 Reviewer: Steven Dewar from Freeport, FL United States   1. Volume needs to be louder. 2.  Sun reflects off of the silver buttons onto the windshield. 3. Escort Max 2 August 1, 2015 Reviewer: joe degrande from southwick, MA United States   First let me say that Radar Roy is not only very knowledgeable about detectors, he is a man with integrity.  So many times, you deal with sales people who will tell you what you want to hear in order to sell their product.  Radar Roy is a man of his word and will never steer you wrong.  Even after the sale, he is always there to answer a question and lend advice.  This is the man to deal with - no hesitation - one call and you will see. Passport Max2 July 30, 2015 Reviewer: Rick from Allentown, NJ United States   I was looking at a few different detectors, Escort Red line and Regular Passport. I called Radar Roy and asked him several questions I, on my own up graded to the passport Max 2. There is no reason, if you don't need stealth to not treat yourself to the top of the line unit. Had it close to two weeks and I am so pleased with it's ability and features, and the built in blue tooth for escort live system is top notch. don't settle for less, awesome unit. Nice upgrade over the 9500ix July 22, 2015 Reviewer: Adam from Riverwoods, IL United States   I purchased this unit to replace a 3 year old 9500ix.  It appears that the Max2 has slightly better range.  There are also some other nice features too like bluetooth and direct access to Escort Live. Just got it July 15, 2015 Reviewer: Marc McCord from OKC, OK United States   I cannot give a fair review yet because I have only been on a couple of trips with it.  It alerted several times - with plenty of warning - on KA but I got hit with an instant on moving towards me today and I had no warning.  81 in a 75, but there was no place for him to turn around, or maybe he was being charitable.  I am having a difficult time with Escort Live.  It often won't connect, but I am going to have to play with it some more.  One thing I really like about it is that it is LOUD. I will give a deeper review after I have had a chance to really put it through the paces. Was this review helpful to you?

Best Detectors - Best Service July 10, 2015 Reviewer: Weston Privett from Sanger, CA United States   Radar Roy's team is the best. They took the time to answer my question and shipping was incredibly fast. I was going on a road trip and they got it out the same day to ensure it would arrive on time. I even received it a day early. The Max2 has so few false alerts you sometimes look over to make sure it is turned on. I've used Escort Passport and Beltronics V8 and Max2 destroys those detectors on range. On my road trip to AZ I picked up an officer almost 5 miles ahead of me. I've also been really impressed with it's ability to detect officers hiding on just the other side of a hill. Going through Rad Roy's VIP program I save $100 bucks between the discount and no sales tax. I also got a second car kit for free. Was this review helpful to you?
