Bought the Techgripper from from Roy due to the fact that he was close, just outside Phoenix, and I figured it would get here quick. I was somewhat disappointed when I received an email stating that my order would be fulfilled by an outside party. Can you say delay? Well, NO WAY!! My small order was shipped, without my prompting, OVERNIGHT from Florida! WOW! Wasn't expecting this unbelievable level of customer service! I'll be a lifetime customer!

I got the Tech Gripper that mounts to a 17 mm ball swivel that I already had for my 2012 Harley Electraglide. My iPhone 6s Plus in a ballistic case fits great and is very secure. It's very user friendly & easy to insert and remove my phone. My local Harley dealer should stock this product. It would have saved me money since I've bought several different phone mounts that suck. I've ridden about a 1000 miles with this mount and expect it to last a long time. Thanks for a great product!

because of mistake on my part, i ordered the wrong smart phone holder for my motorcycle. when i phoned Roy, he said no problem, send it back for a refund and recommended the right replacement. got the new one post haste and receipt of refund followed. a pleasure to do business with PowerSportsUS.com
