Great Customer Service! November 24, 2018 Reviewer: Vin DF from Queens, NY   i just received the Whistler CR97 few days ago. i haven't tried it yet but it seems to be a good radar from all the positive reviews i read online. i'll be going out of state soon and hopefully the Whistler CR97 will perform good. thank you Radar Busters especially Mike for answering all my questions and fast shipping! CR 97 November 21, 2018 Reviewer: Derek from Wildwood, MO United States   I have been testing the CR 97, prior to gifting it to my grandson. I have an upgraded Valentine 1 in the car that has started sending out all kinds of false alarms since I installed the CR 97. This worries me as I have been using Valentines for at least 10 years and am very familiar with their behavior.  My only hillcrest encounter with Ka resulted in the Valentine going off about half a second before the CR 97, however the Valentine is mounted a bit higher than the CR 97. RB Response: Derek, we do not recommend running both detectors at the same time because of the possibility of interference between the two which can adversely affect the performance of either or both models.  Ka sensitivity on the new CR97 is right up there with the top performing detectors.  We recommend running them individually and not together for best performance.  If you have any further questions, please give us a call and we can discuss this at greater length. Very Satisfied with Customer Service November 21, 2018 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Winfield, WV United States   I called before I purchased and had a long chat on which detector I should purchase.  He was a great help and I have 30 days if I need to change detectors.  that's great.  I am testing now. Really like this device. November 21, 2018 Reviewer: Michael in NJ from Middletown, NJ United States   I just purchased this device from Roy's recommendation.   I have used is for the last month and I am very impressed with the early alerts and sensitivity.  It has notified me multiple times of speed traps on the Garden State parkway and Route 80.   As a one of the "value" detectors in the market it is worth the price. Works well November 21, 2018 Reviewer: Kenneth Rubenstein from Manchester, TN United States   Used it for the first time and it caught a large police trap presence on the roadway with enough time for me to adjust the speed.  Did get a few false alarms when going through the city however.
